Maryville Muay Thai specialises in Muay Thai & Kickboxing classes for students of all levels in St. Louis and the Metro-East.​
 

We run our adult Muay Thai classes with three aims in mind: everyone should leave sweating, smiling and more skilled.

Are you brand new to Martial arts? No problem! We start everyone off with a free intro class to learn the basics.

​

We make our sessions fun and entertaining. We do this by keeping the atmosphere very informal - We do this by incorperating the culture from training Muay Thai in Thailand (The Land of smiles).

We offer a free trial. You can try out our wide range of classes, chat with our great students and get a feel for how Muay Thai training will change your life.​

When you join, you will also get access to our members-only online training section which has video instruction, audio training tracks to download, fitness guides, nutrition advice and more.

​

After you have been training a few months and complete our 6 week intro to Muay Thai Course. You may compete in your fist Muay Thai Point match (no knockouts allowed) after a few of these to gain expeirence, you may the compete in full contact Muay Thai Fights!

 

Don't Want to Fight? No problem! Many of our members train with the fight team to spar and stay in shape with zero intention of ever competing! And they love the safe environment that our gym provides.
